I've trained people who asked me if I could design an exercise routine in which every exercise could be done lying on the floor, so they wouldn't even have to stand up! Yet some of these same people worked 60 hour weeks, read the newspaper every day, took their kids to baseball practice three times a week, and went to Church every Sunday. That's not lazy! Let me ask you a question:
If I said "OK, I want you to come to my training studio tomorrow morning, at 3:30 am, and we are going to exercise," what would you say? Whoa, hold the profanity! OK, Let me re-phrase the question. If I said "I want you to come to my studio tomorrow at 3:30 am, and I am going to give you a check for two million dollars," what would you do? You'd be there at 2:00 wouldn't you.

Here is the problem with every other workout program you
have ever seen.
Every time I have seen someone fall off the bandwagon with their exercise program,
it has been for the same two reasons:
#1 - They get bored
#2 - They are not seeing results
It's inevitable. No one will stay for long on a program they hate. The problem
with most trainers is that they follow pretty much the same routine for everyone.
That way their clients get bored - and they don't get results. They stop working
out. They blame themselves.

My friends, that is not personal training. Those people are professional clip board holders. They are professional rep counters.
These trainers are wasting their client's money! They might as well give the client the clip board and go sit down. All of my clients can count to 15 by themselves.
